We Are Looking For A Highly Organized, Responsible, And Proactive Executive Assistant To Support Senior Management In Daily Mill Operations. The Candidate Will Play A Crucial Role In Coordinating Between Departments, Monitoring Production Activities, Maintaining Reports, And Ensuring Smooth Workflow Across The Organization. MS Power Point, Record Management, Basic Excel, > 30 WPM Typing Speed | Skills Needed : Email, Computer

Pay and perks

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹20,500 per month.

What the job involves

• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• You will handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls

Candidate profile

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of > 30 Wpm Typing Speed, Basic Excel, Computer, Email, Ms Power Point and Record Management
• Male Only
