Pracworld Hr Consultancy is looking for a Front Desk Executive to join its team in Gota, Ahmedabad. You can earn up to ₹30,000/month. 2 candidates will be hired for this role.

Have Good Personality And Good Communication Skill.Welcome Visitors, Answer Calls, And Manage Front Desk Activities Efficiently. Maintain Records Of Appointments, Messages, And Visitor Logs. Assist With Inquiries While Ensuring A Professional And Friendly Demeanor. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you will do

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks

What we are looking for

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Skills: Basic accounting, Data entry, Typing, Record keeping
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary and benefits

Compensation: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month.
