Source And Procure Pulses, Grains, Oilseeds, Spices, And Other Agro Commodities At Competitive Prices. Develop And Maintain Relationships With Farmers, Traders, Commission Agents, And Suppliers. Negotiate Purchase Prices, Payment Terms, And Delivery Schedules. Compare Quotations And Ensure Cost-Effective Procurement. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Key responsibilities

• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• You'll greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel

Salary

The salary for this role is ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month.

Skills and qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Skills: MS Office, Record keeping, Email etiquette, Typing
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are well spoken and organised
