Production Coordinator

Pragati Enterprise is looking for a Production Coordinator to join its team in Sachin, Surat. Salary is up to ₹24,000/month.

- Handle Client Coordination, Order Acceptance, Order Documentation, And Timely Follow-Ups For Drawings, Specifications, Hardware, And Veneer Requirements.- Prepare Work Orders, Boq/Bom, Material Requirements, And Ensure Accurate Technical Documentation As Per Approved Drawings.- Create And Monitor Machine-Wise Job Cards, Track Wip Through Production Stages, And Maintain Production Dashboards.- Coordinate Material Availability, Consumption Tracking, Inventory Requirements, And Ensure Materials Are Available As Per Production Schedule.- Coordinate Dispatch Planning, Vehicle Arrangements, Client Updates, And Ensure Timely Order Completion And Delivery. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Basic Excel, Record Management, Inventory Management | Skills Needed : Email, Computer

Skills and qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Basic Excel, Computer, Email, Inventory Management and Record Management
• Male Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

• Skills Needed: Email, Computer
• You are dependable and detail-oriented

What you will do

Your main tasks will be to:

• You will handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.

What you get

You will be paid ₹20,000 – ₹24,000 per month.
