Your responsibilities

As a Solar Sales Executive, your work will include:

• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• You will resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Comfortable with English, Hindi, Inbound, Marketing, Mutual Funds, Outbound, Sales
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
