Your responsibilities

• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• You'll manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records

• Skills: > 30 Wpm Typing Speed, Basic Excel, Computer, Ms Word
