My Role Includes Developing Sales Strategies, Generating New Business Opportunities, Building And Maintaining Strong Customer Relationships, And Providing Suitable Life Insurance Solutions Based On Clients Financial Needs. I Monitor Team Performance, Motivate Advisors, Ensure Compliance With Company Policies, And Deliver Excellent Customer Service While Driving Business Growth And Achieving Organizational Goals. What the job involves

• You'll share market and competitor feedback with the team.
• You'll record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report.
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• You will follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
