Pramod S is looking for a Company Secretary.. to join its team in Jayanagar, Bengaluru. You can earn up to ₹60,000/month. 2 candidates will be hired for this role.

Dept: Secretarial / Legal & Compliance. Company Secretary Responsible For Ensuring Compliance With Companies Act, Sebi And Other Corporate Laws, Conducting Board And Shareholder Meetings, Maintaining Statutory Records And Filings, Advising Management On Governance Matters And Coordinating With Regulators, Auditors And Stakeholders. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Basic computer use, Communication, Problem solving and Teamwork
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are punctual and well organised

• Follow company processes and safety guidelines
• Coordinate with your supervisor and team members
• Maintain a professional attitude with customers and colleagues
• Keep simple daily records of your work
• Raise issues early and suggest practical fixes

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹60,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
