Pramod (Super Placements Services) is looking for an Office Coordinator to join its team in Chakan, Pune. The pay goes up to ₹25,000/month.

• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Comfortable with Basic accounting, Data entry, Email etiquette, Typing
• Male Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are organised and dependable

Roles and responsibilities

As an Office Coordinator, your work will include:

• You'll prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs

Salary and benefits

The salary for this role is ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
