Your responsibilities

• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• You'll manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records

• Open to freshers
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Skills: Advanced Excel, Basic Excel, Computer, Email, Internet Surfing, Ms Power Point, Tally
