Collection Executive / Officer

Pranav creations Pvt. Ltd is looking for a Collection Executive / Officer to join its team in Chandni Chowk, Delhi. You can earn up to ₹20,000/month. 2 candidates will be hired for this role.

Key responsibilities

• You will follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue.
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts

What you get

The salary for this role is ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

What we are looking for

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Skills: Documentation, MS Excel, Financial products, Customer acquisition
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
