Pranavam Infotech Private Limited is looking for an Hr And Admin Officer to join its team in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. Salary is up to ₹25,000/month.

Responsible For Handling Day-To-Day Hr Operations And Office Administration, Including Recruitment, Employee Onboarding, Attendance, Payroll Coordination, Esi/Pf, Employee Relations, Documentation, And General Office Administration. A Proactive And Responsible Candidate With Good Communication Skills. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Skills and qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Good knowledge of HRMS, Recruitment, Labour law basics and Payroll
• Female Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone good communicator and confidential

Compensation

The salary for this role is ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

Your responsibilities

• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• You will source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles.
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• You will ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws.
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
