Monitor Shrinkage Levels And Audit The Handling Of Damaged Or Expired Goods.Assess Whether Stores Follow Visual Merchandising Guidelines, Brand Standards, And Pricing Strategies.Loss Prevention: Identify Process Gaps And Control Weaknesses. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary and benefits

The salary for this role is ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

• Maintain a professional attitude with customers and colleagues
• Keep simple daily records of your work
• Follow company processes and safety guidelines
• Complete assigned tasks accurately and on time
• You will raise issues early and suggest practical fixes.
• Coordinate with your supervisor and team members

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Teamwork, Communication, Basic computer use, Time management
• No English required
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A reliable, punctual attitude
