• Good knowledge of Labour law basics, HRMS, Payroll and Recruitment
• Good English

Key responsibilities

As an Hr Admin Executive, your work will include:

• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• You'll handle employee queries and engagement activities.
• You'll support payroll, attendance and leave management.
• Coordinate performance reviews and training.

Salary and benefits

Compensation: ₹27,000 – ₹32,000 per month.
