Manage Overdue Payment Recovery By Coordinating With Customers, Resolving Disputes, And Negotiating Repayment Plans As Per Company Policies. Maintain Records And Prepare Reports For Management. This Is A Full Office-Based Role, Not A Field Job. No Consultancy Or Placement Charges Applicable. Languages : English, Malayalam, Gujarati, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, Kannada, Marathi, Hindi

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹20,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Roles and responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• You will verify KYC documents and complete application formalities.
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently

Candidate profile

• Freshers are welcome to apply
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with Bengali, English, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Tamil
• Basic English
