Input And Update Data Accurately Into Systems Or Databases. Verify The Integrity Of Information And Resolve Inconsistencies. Generate Reports And Support Teams With System-Related Tasks.

Your responsibilities

• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• You'll coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• You'll prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.

Skills and qualifications

• Freshers are welcome to apply
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of MS Office, Basic accounting, Email etiquette and Record keeping
• Basic English

• A well spoken, detail-oriented attitude

Salary

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
