The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Good Typing Speed, Strong Attention To Detail, Basic Computer Knowledge, And Good Communication Skills. The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Maintaining Accurate Record. Basic Excel, Advanced Excel, MS Power Point, Internet Surfing, > 30 WPM Typing Speed | Skills Needed : Email, Computer

Day-to-day work

Your main tasks will be to:

• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• You'll prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• You will schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
