Day Wise Scan The Reports. Tally The Bundle And Enter In Book And Invoice Copy Following With Software Billing. Send The Sales Invoice Item Wise And Net Rate To The Shops. Hand Over Invoice To The Delivery Boy And Receive The Invoice Back. Daily Sales Report Along With The Current Stock Detail And Mis Report To Head Office & Has Reported To The It.

Compensation

The salary for this role is ₹17,000 – ₹18,000 per month.

• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Education: Below 10th
• Skills: Tally, TDS, Accounts payable, Bank reconciliation
• No English required

What you will do

As a Billing Clerk, your work will include:

• Support month-end closing and financial reporting
• Prepare and file GST, TDS and other statutory returns
• You'll maintain day-to-day books of accounts and ledgers.
• Process invoices, payments and expense claims.
• Coordinate with auditors and maintain proper documentation
• Track receivables and payables and follow up on dues
