Business Devlopment Executive Real Estate At Pride Realty. Responsible For Lead Generation, Client Handling, Site Visits, Follow-Ups, And Closing Deals. Must Achieve Sales Targets, Maintain Crm Data, And Ensure Conversions. Strong Communication, Negotiation Skills, And Market Knowledge Required. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you get

Compensation: ₹17,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

Roles and responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
• You will follow up on leads and convert them into sales.

Candidate profile

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Skills: Target achievement, Lead generation, Presentation, Local market knowledge
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
