Manage Organizational Tasks Such As Scheduling, Record-Keeping, And Correspondence. Coordinate With Teams To Ensure Smooth Daily Operations. Oversee Policy Implementation And Handle Administrative Challenges. Must Have Good Knowledge In Computer. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Basic Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point, > 30 WPM Typing Speed

What we are looking for

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of > 30 Wpm Typing Speed, Basic Excel, Ms Power Point and Ms Word
• Male Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Basic Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point, > 30 WPM Typing Speed
• Someone detail-oriented and dependable

Day-to-day work

• You will handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• You will coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.

Salary and benefits

Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month.
