Handling Independent Recruitment,Identifying Client Manpower Needs, Conducting Candidate Assessments, Organizing Interviews, And Managing The Onboarding Process. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Pay and perks

Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records.
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities.

Candidate profile

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Skills: HRMS, Payroll, Labour law basics, Screening
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A confidential, people-oriented attitude
