Responsible For Assisting The Front Office Manager In Daily Operations, Supervising The Front Office Team, Ensuring Excellent Guest Service, Handling Guest Queries And Complaints, Managing Check-Ins And Check-Outs, Room Allocations, Billing, And Daily Reports. Coordinate With Other Departments, Monitor Team Performance. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Day-to-day work

• Keep simple daily records of your work
• Raise issues early and suggest practical fixes
• You'll complete assigned tasks accurately and on time.
• You will follow company processes and safety guidelines.
• Maintain a professional attitude with customers and colleagues

Salary

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹42,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Candidate profile

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Time management, Communication, Basic computer use, Problem solving
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
