Branch Operations Manager

Priya Nadar (Roche International) is looking for a Branch Operations Manager to join its team in Moosapet, Hyderabad. The pay goes up to ₹35,000/month.

Oversee And Manage Branch Operations In Hyderabad. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Strong Operational Knowledge In Shipping, Container Operations, And Customs Coordination, Along With Proven Leadership And Client-Handling Skills. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Day-to-day work

• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts

Pay and perks

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Who can apply

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Customer acquisition, KYC, MS Excel and Compliance
• Male Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
