Job Responsibilities:Handle Customer Queries Related To Shipment Status, Delivery Timelines, And Logistics Services.Coordinate With Operations, Warehouse, And Transport Teams To Ensure Smooth Shipment Movement.Track Shipments And Provide Regular Updates To Customers.Resolve Customer Complaints And Escalate Issues When Required.Maintain. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Languages : Marathi, Hindi, English

Salary and benefits

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month.

Day-to-day work

• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
