Manage Online Listings, Inventory & Orders. Handle Customer Queries On Whatsapp, Instagram & Calls, Verify Payments, Coordinate Dispatches, Share Tracking Updates And Resolve Delivery Issues. Maintain Accurate Records And Ensure Excellent Customer Service. Basic Excel/Sheets & Courier Portal Knowledge Preferred.

What we are looking for

• Ideal for freshers starting their career
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Skills: Typing, Data entry, Record keeping, Email etiquette
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply

Your responsibilities

As a Back Office Operations Executive, your work will include:

• You'll coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• You will manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel

Salary and benefits

Compensation: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
