Experience: 35 Years (Strong Knowledge Technical Skills: Google Docs, Online Land Record Verification (7/12, Property Card, Search Portals).Front-Desk Consultation: Greet Clients, Scrutinize Property Documents, Calculate Ready Reckoner Valuations, And Explain Cost Breakdowns Transparently.Nond-Form Execution: Process And Fill Complete 'Nond Forms'. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

• Good knowledge of Documentation, Compliance, Legal drafting and Contract review

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with courts, authorities and external counsel.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
• Draft and review contracts, notices and legal documents
• Maintain case files, timelines and records

Salary and benefits

You will be paid ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month.
