What we are looking for

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Domestic, English, Hindi, Inbound, Outbound, Punjabi, Real Estate, Sales
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Type: Sales, Inbound, Outbound, Domestic
• Languages: English, Hindi, Punjabi
• Preferred Experience In: Real Estate
• Someone calm under pressure and polite

Key responsibilities

• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• You will meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy

Salary and benefits

Compensation: ₹14,000 – ₹35,000 per month.
