Proactive Consultants & Services is looking for an Assistant E Commerce Manager to join its team in Mundka, Delhi. Salary is up to ₹35,000/month.

Manage And Grow The Company'S Presence On Blinkit And Swiggy Instamart.Handle Day-To-Day Operations Across Quick-Commerce Platforms, Including Product Listings, Pricing, Inventory, Promotions, And Order Management.Ensure Accurate And Updated Product Catalogues, Product Descriptions, Images, Pricing, And Availability.Monitor Product Availability. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary and benefits

You will be paid ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month.

What we are looking for

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Comfortable with Financial products, KYC, Compliance, Customer acquisition
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• An ethical, trustworthy attitude

Day-to-day work

• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• You'll follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue.
• You'll comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms.
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
