Proco India Llp is hiring a Center Manager in Park Street, Kolkata. Salary is up to ₹35,000/month.

Drive Admissions And Revenue Growth, Develop Marketing Strategies, Build Institutional And Corporate Partnerships. Manage Center Operations, Lead And Mentor Staff And Ensure Quality Student Experience. Need To Oversee Placements, Monitor Compliance, Maintain Mis Reports And Achieve Business And Operational Targets. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you will do

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Graduate
• Comfortable with KYC, Financial products, Documentation, MS Excel
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are detail-oriented and ethical

Salary

Salary: ₹28,000 – ₹35,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
