Customer Care Executive

Proco India Llp is looking for a Customer Care Executive to join its team in Dhapa, Kolkata. 5 candidates will be hired for this role. Salary is up to ₹15,000/month.

Roles and responsibilities

• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• You'll resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• You'll follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Skills: Bengali, English, Hindi, Inbound, Outbound
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

• Someone customer-first and patient

Salary and benefits

The salary for this role is ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month.
