What the job involves

In this role, you will:

• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls

What you get

Salary: ₹16,500 – ₹21,500 per month, based on skills and experience.

Eligibility

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of > 30 Wpm Typing Speed, Advanced Excel and Email
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Advanced Excel, > 30 WPM Typing Speed
• Skills Needed: Email
• Someone dependable and detail-oriented
