Manage Organizational Tasks Such As Scheduling, Record-Keeping, And Correspondence. Coordinate With Teams To Ensure Smooth Daily Operations. Oversee Policy Implementation And Handle Administrative Challenges. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Skills Needed : Computer

Day-to-day work

• You will schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel

Who can apply

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Graduate
• Comfortable with Computer
