Handle Day-To-Day Sales Back-Office Activities And Documentation.Prepare Quotations, Invoices, Reports, And Sales-Related Documents.Maintain And Update Sales Data In Ms Excel.Coordinate With The Sales Team And Internal Departments.Prepare Mis Reports And Maintain Records. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Compensation

The salary for this role is ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

Your responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• You'll prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.

Candidate profile

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Data entry, MS Office, Typing and Basic accounting
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone well spoken and organised
