We Are Hiring A Business Development Executive (Fresher/Experienced) To Help Us Grow Our Recruitment Business. The Role Involves Calling Companies, Explaining Our Services, And Generating New Business Leads. Training Will Be Provided.

What the job involves

• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers

Salary

Compensation: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month.

• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of CRM, Presentation, Negotiation and Local market knowledge
