Position Overview :The Call Centre Agent (Outbound Telesales) Will Be Responsible For Driving Sales Through Outbound Calling, Engaging Potential And Existing Customers, And Promoting The Companys Products And Services. This Role Requires Strong Communication Skills, Resilience Under Pressure, And The Ability To Meet Daily And Monthly Sales Target. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Type : Sales, Outbound | Languages : Kannada, Malayalam, Tamil, Bengali, Telugu, Hindi, English

Key responsibilities

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
• You'll achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
• You'll prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers.
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales

Compensation

Compensation: ₹16,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
