We Are Looking For A Sourcing Manager To Handle Real Estate Mandates By Identifying And Sourcing Suitable Properties As Per Client Requirements. The Role Involves Working With Property Owners, Brokers, Developers, And Channel Partners, Generating Qualified Leads, Conducting Site Visits, Evaluating Opportunities, Coordinating Negotiations. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Day-to-day work

Your main tasks will be to:

• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
• You will achieve monthly sales and collection targets.

Eligibility

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Negotiation, Presentation, Local market knowledge and Customer handling
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone persuasive and target-driven

Salary and benefits

Compensation: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month.
