Hr Manager

Property Plus Realcon Llp is hiring an Hr Manager in Sector 63 - Noida, Delhi. You can earn up to ₹50,000/month. 2 candidates will be hired for this role.

Salary

You will be paid ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month.

What you will do

• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• You will handle employee queries and engagement activities.
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Coordinate performance reviews and training

Eligibility

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Comfortable with Recruitment, Payroll, HRMS, MS Excel
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A good communicator, confidential attitude
