Assist Customers With Orders, Payments, Deliveries & Product-Related Queries. Update Customer Information And Complaints In The System/App. Maintain Good Customer Relationships And Provide Excellent Service. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Languages : Kannada, English

Compensation

The salary for this role is ₹16,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

• Education: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with English, Kannada
• Good English

Roles and responsibilities

• You will identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory.
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
