Business Development Executive

Propseekers Realty is looking for a Business Development Executive to join its team in Sector 4 - Noida, Delhi. 2 candidates will be hired for this role. Salary is up to ₹22,000/month.

Business Development (Real Estate): Call Leads, Explain Property Details, Qualify Prospects, And Schedule Site Visits. Maintain Crm, Follow Up Regularly, And Support Sales Closures. Good Communication And Persuasion Skills Required. Freshers/Experienced Can Apply. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Eligibility

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Comfortable with Customer handling, Local market knowledge, CRM, Target achievement
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A persuasive, target-driven attitude

Salary and benefits

You will be paid ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month.

Your responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• You will identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory.
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
