Propseekers Realty is looking for a Business Development Executive to join its team in Sector 4 - Noida, Delhi. 2 candidates will be hired for this role. The pay goes up to ₹23,000/month.

A Telecaller In The Real Estate Industry Is Responsible For Communicating With Potential Customers To Generate Leads, Promote Property Projects, And Support The Sales Team In Achieving Business Targets. The Role Primarily Involves Making Outbound Calls To Prospective Buyers, Investors, And Clients To Provide Information For Residencial Commercial. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Basic Excel

Eligibility

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Basic Excel
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Basic Excel
• Someone self-motivated and confident

What you will do

• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report

Salary and benefits

Compensation: ₹18,000 – ₹23,000 per month.
