Evaluate Risks And Determine Appropriate Insurance Coverage For Clients. Design And Implement Policies Tailored To Individual Or Business Needs. Handle Claims And Ensure Timely Settlements While Managing Customer Relationships. Languages : Hindi, English

Day-to-day work

Your main tasks will be to:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy

Requirements

• Ideal for freshers starting their career
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with English, Hindi
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
• Languages: Hindi, English
• Someone customer-first and patient

Compensation

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
