Maintains And Tracks Customer Support Tickets, Ensuring Proper Follow-Up And Closure Within Sla. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Your responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales

Skills and qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Skills: Lead generation, Local market knowledge, Negotiation, Customer handling
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A self-motivated, target-driven attitude
