Make Outbound Calls To Promote And Sell Products Or Services. Address Customer Queries, Negotiate Deals, And Meet Sales Targets. Maintain Detailed Call Records And Follow Up With Leads Effectively. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What the job involves

As a Telesales Executive, your work will include:

• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• You will meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system

Compensation

You will be paid ₹10,000 – ₹35,000 per month.

Who can apply

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Complaint handling, Verbal communication, Typing speed and Active listening
• No English required
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are patient and calm under pressure
