What we are looking for

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Financial products, Compliance and Customer acquisition
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are ethical and trustworthy

What the job involves

• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities

Compensation

Salary: ₹1,25,000 – ₹10,00,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
