Quantum Business Management is looking for an Assistant Store Manager (Asm) to join its team in Sector 22 - Noida, Delhi. There are 2 open positions. The pay goes up to ₹21,000/month.

Pay and perks

Compensation: ₹18,500 – ₹21,000 per month.

Eligibility

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Vendor coordination, MIS reporting, Process management and MS Excel
• Male Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• An organised, proactive attitude

Key responsibilities

• Monitor team productivity and remove bottlenecks
• Improve processes and document standard procedures
• Prepare MIS reports and track key metrics
• Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution
• Coordinate between vendors, customers and internal teams
• You'll run daily operations smoothly against defined SLAs.
