Customer Relationship Officer

Quess corp ltd is looking for a Customer Relationship Officer to join its team in Ashok Vihar Phase II - Gurgaon, Delhi. Salary is up to ₹25,000/month. 15 candidates will be hired for this role.

Compensation

You will be paid ₹19,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

Your responsibilities

• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• You will explain products and offers clearly and handle objections.
• You will record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report.

Eligibility

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Comfortable with Electronics, Home Appliances
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Preferred Experience In: Electronics, Home Appliances
