R.D.A. Solutions p Ltd is looking for an Office Assistant to join its team in Kalinga Nagar, Bhubaneswar. You can earn up to ₹20,000/month.

Day-to-day work

Your main tasks will be to:

• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• You will manage files, documents and office correspondence.

Skills and qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Comfortable with Advanced Excel, Basic Excel, Computer, Email, Internet Surfing, Ms Power Point, Ms Word, Record Management
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Basic Excel, Advanced Excel, Internet Surfing, MS Word, MS Power Point, Record Management
• Skills Needed: Email, Computer, Tally

What you get

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
