• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• You will schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel

• Good knowledge of MS Office, Data entry, Record keeping and Email etiquette
