Receptionist Cum Computer Operator

A new Receptionist Cum Computer Operator role is open at R G structures, Sector-29, Chandigarh. Salary is up to ₹20,000/month.

We Are Looking A Professional Receptionist Who Is Looking Beautiful And Smart Manages The Front Desk On A Daily Basis And To Perform A Variety Of Administrative And Clerical Tasks Welcome Guests As Soon As They Arrive At The Office Ensure Office, Table, Chairs And Reception Area Is Tidy And Presentable, With All Necessary Material/Items. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What the job involves

• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence

What we are looking for

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Skills: MS Office, Email etiquette, Data entry, Record keeping
• Female Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you get

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
