The Customer Service Executive Loan Servicing Will Be Responsible For Handling Customer Queries, Requests, And Complaints Related To Loan Accounts Through Email And/Or Phone Channels. The Role Requires Delivering Accurate, Timely, And Compliant Responses While Ensuring Adherence To Company Policies, Regulatory Guidelines, & Defined Service Standard. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Type : Inbound, Outbound, Domestic

What you will do

As a Customer Support Executive, your work will include:

• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• You will build long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Comfortable with Domestic, Inbound, Outbound
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Compensation

Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹28,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
